Brand facts: what AI should know about you

Everything known about your business in one place, where each fact came from, and your corrections on top, so you can see what AI assistants are working from.

Brand facts: the business's details grouped by topic, each marked with where it came from
Each fact, where it came from, and whether you have checked it.

In short

Brand facts gathers everything known about your business, from your website and your Google listing, into one knowledge base that shows where each fact came from. You confirm, correct, add or remove facts, and your word always wins. Where a source disagrees with you, it is flagged, because that disagreement is what an AI assistant might repeat.

What is in the knowledge base?

The facts customers most often ask an assistant about, grouped the way they ask:

  • About you: what you do, when you were established, credentials.
  • What you offer: services, why people choose you, how to book or buy.
  • Your customers: who you serve, where, and in which languages.
  • Finding and contacting you: address, phone, email, website, opening hours.

Alongside them: your social profiles, a summary of your site health, and how AI assistants' own answers describe you, including what they say you are known for.

Where do the facts come from?

From your own website and your Google listing, each marked with its source and the date it was read. Anything you confirm or correct is marked as checked by you and overrides both.

What happens when sources disagree?

The fact is flagged. If you have set your opening hours to 12:00 to 23:00 but Google still says 22:00, you see both, and which source holds the old one. That is a specific thing to fix, because an assistant reading Google would pass on the wrong hours.

Facts nobody has published are marked as not known yet, each with what to add to your website so assistants can find it. See get described the same way everywhere.

Common questions

Does correcting a fact here change what AI assistants say?

Not directly: no one can edit an assistant's answers. It shows you what is wrong and where, so you can fix the source the assistants read, such as your website or your Google listing.

Who can see my brand facts?

Only you. The knowledge base is private to your account, and nothing in it is published.

Can I add facts that do not fit the standard slots?

Yes. You can add your own facts, and they sit in their own group alongside the standard ones.
